Welcome to Buffy’s Corner, where I take a look at what’s coming up this week on the blog! I’m linking up with The Sunday Post over at Kimberly’s blog, The Caffeinated Reviewer.
Happy November 1st! And so we start the downhill rush to the holidays and the end of the year… Today I’m sharing photos of our beautiful maple tree, it seems extra bright and colorful this year. The picture at the bottom of this post is the tree on the side of our house, and here are a couple of close ups.
I just finished watching the third season of Nobody Wants This on Netflix. I really enjoyed it, and I love how the side characters are getting more screen time. I think Sasha and Morgan are my new favorite characters:-) Is anyone else watching it?
I hope everyone reads something good this week!
Upcoming reads & reviews:
My review for Monsters of Ohio will be posted Tuesday. This is another fun, weird book from John Scalzi, and it was a lot of fun! I’m not sure exactly what I’ll read next, but probably one of these other three: Revenge Plot, Pinfeathers and Milkteeth.
Other posts this week:
Tomorrow I’m sharing my November reading plans, which is also an intro to this month’s Sci-Fi Month event; Wednesday is Future Fiction, and there were so many cover reveals last week, I’m still trying to decide which three books to highlight, lol. And Friday I’m planning on joining in Sci-Fi Month’s Friday Fives prompt, and this Friday is “Woo, Stars.” It’s a cover prompt to find covers with stars, should be fun!
