July went by WAY too fast and I didn’t get to everything I wanted to read. Still, I had a very good month and enjoyed everything I read. My favorites of the month were It Was Her House First and Angel Down, two books that couldn’t be more different from each other, lol. Here are the books I reviewed in July, with links to my reviews:

July really flew by! I just wrote my review for Friday and while I was writing it I realised that it will be online on August. I was shocked!!
But that aside, you had an amazing month!!! *_* Mine was pretty good, but I have yet to decide which book will win the “best book of the month” prize. That said, I read a lot of good books, too!! (And I should find the time to write my recap too, but that’s another story!! 😉 )
I’m glad you had a good month!
Angel Down!! That book totally messed with my head in the best way
Also I made a mood-based book rec tool if you’re ever in a slump! It gives you 5 ideas: https://bookrecommendationgenerator.com
It was a crazy book, right?
You’ve had a really good July, Tammy:). A wide range of books and enjoyable reading experiences. My favourite book of the month has to be Direct Descendant. I love the contrast with the cosy, small-town feel and the constant lurking terror that would kill you for leaving your bedroom window open at night.
I will definitely get to Direct Descendant at some point:-)
Looks to me like you had a pretty great reading month!
Thanks Lauren, I’m very happy with my July books:-)
I got THE IRRESISTIBLE URGE TO FALL FOR YOUR ENEMY in the mail yesterday from Illumicrate and it’s absolutely stunning (& I already liked the regular edition cover). Looking forward to reading it, but disappointed that the publishers chose to really go hard and market it as HP fanfic.
Oh cool. I’ll be curious to see what you think of it!
A lot of good books here. Some remain on my TBR (sadly). July kind of became a mood reading month for me but I did get 4 arcs read so I’m calling it a win. Glad you had a great month!
Thanks Barb!
July has gone by fast. One of my favorite reads this month was Fairy Tale by Stephen King…which I only recently finished.
I’d love to read that one:-)
Ooh, I think I must have missed your review of the Cherie Priest books while I was away! So glad to see it get such high ratings — I’ve enjoyed a bunch of her books in the past, but this one wasn’t on my reading radar!
I need to read more of her books now, it was great!
I can’t believe it’s the end of the month already, yeesh. But it looks like you had a good reading month!
Yes, I’m pretty happy with it:-)
Too bad The Deepest Fake didn’t ork out, it was a promising title.
One scifi made it to my top 3 of the month, though I haven’t reviewed it yet!!

I did like the Deepest Fake, there were a lot of good things about it.
Those are some great ratings for July, Tammy! I also didn’t get to everything I wanted to read 😛
There’s always August, right? 😉
You had a great month!
Thanks!
It looks like you got to a lovely mix of books during July. I remember you review for The Palace Of Illusions really intriguing me. I’ll definitely be checking that book out sometime. Hellebore I’m still somewhat unsure of due to the extreme sounding gore lol.
My favourite was either We Have Always Lived In The Castle or A Natural History Of Dragons. I utterly adored both and was really surprised by the first as I’m never sure how I’ll get on with classics.
I loved We Have Always Lived in the Castle too:-)
Great reading in July. I can’t believe it’s ending. But I finished a book today and maybe another one yet tonight. We’ll see.
Anne – Books of My Heart
July went so fast!
Looks like another good month of books 😀
It really was:-)
My favorite books of July was The Will of the Many!
I’ve heard so many good things about it:-)
I’m kind of glad I’m not the only one who didn’t get as much reading done in July as hoped! You had some good looking books and I’m hoping to get some time to get to your reviews soon!

Hopefully August will be better for both of us:-)
So glad you enjoyed The Library of Hellebore. I’ve really enjoyed Cassandra Khaw’s books so far. An Ancient Witch’s Guide looks so cute.
July was a whirlwind, lol. I also really loved It Was Her House First! Looks like you had a great reading month regardless of how fast July went! 🙂 I’m still hoping to get to a few of these myself.
It’s awesome to see some of your favorite books being so different from one another. I thoroughly enjoy trying very different books and often I find them right here. 🙂
You had a great reading month. Hopefully August is as good (still cannot believe we are into August wth).
Lynn 😀
You had a great month! July just felt so short for me, it’s like I got barely any reading done.
