Welcome to Buffy’s Corner, where I take a look at what’s coming up this week on the blog! I’m linking up with The Sunday Post over at Kimberly’s blog, The Caffeinated Reviewer.
I hope everyone’s having a good weekend! I’m so glad the work week is over, lol, it was busy and stressful. My hubby and I just planned a November trip, so I have something to look forward to. We’re going to my favorite place, Morro Bay, for four days. Yes, it’s short, but we’re excited to let Badger walk on the beach for the first time, I think he’s going to love it.
Today’s photo is Badger on a sunrise walk, I like this one a lot. Have a great week!
Upcoming reads & reviews:
This week I’m hoping to post three reviews: The Faerie Morgana tomorrow, Cinder House on Thursday, and How to Fake A Haunting if I can finish it. After that, I’m not quite sure what I’ll read next, but perhaps I’ll grab something short, like The Flesh King.
Other posts this week:
Tuesday I’m sharing my Most Anticipated Books of Q4! Stop by to see what I’m excited to read for the rest of the year, and you can see how I did with my Q3 list; and Wednesday I have three new books to highlight on Future Fiction.
In case you missed:

I hope you like Cinder House! I didn’t love it as much as I expected, but it’s a really neat idea.
I did like it! It’s weird, but overall I’m glad I read it.
The colours in the pic are amazing!! (And Badger too!) And yay for the vacation in November!!
Thanks Susy!
I’ll keep an eye out for your The Faerie Morgana review! It’s always nice to have a trip to look forward to. 🙂
I haven’t been on a trip in a while so, yes, it’s nice to have it on the horizon.
Look at that yellow cloud and sharp contrasts and…beautiful dog. Who needs AI garbage? Looking forward to Morro Bay pics as well! Have a relaxing mini vacation!
Thanks Roberta! I’m really looking forward to it:-)
Another great photo from your hubby!
I really like Marske’s Last Binding trilogy so I’m curious about Cinder House
Wishing you a happy reading week
Thanks Shelleyrae! I read the first book in Marske’s trilogy and loved it.
What a great photo of Badger!
Thanks!
I get being excited by even short trips! I’m excited for my three night library conference trip in a couple weeks, just to get away! You got some good books. I’m behind on reading reviews again and you have a few I really want to check out. The picture of Badger is so stunning! Hope you have a good week!
Thanks Lisa! I’m sure your conference is going to be fun.
Morro Bay sounds lovely Tammy!
It’s my favorite place:-)
Great photo! Morro Bay is so pretty — and it’s great to have a trip planned to look forward to. Have a great week!
Thank you!
Excellent Badger photo. I’m excited to hear all about Badger’s vacation trip. Lulu is afraid of ocean waves / water. She’s no fan of water in any form except drinking.
Badger has never been to the beach so who knows? He might not like it. But I’m excited to find out:-)
Love that pic of Badger! And I’m jealous you’re getting away to a beach in November. It sounds wonderful. I hope you have an awesome time. 😀
Thanks Lark!
That photo is awesome. I hope you have tons of fun on your trip.
Thank you!
I can never get tired of seeing Badger! Such a handsome fellow!
Thanks Barb! I have to agree with you;-)
I’m hoping to read Cinder House later this month! It seems like a perfect October read.
I’m very curious to see what you think!
Awesome view of Badger. And glad to hear about your vacation plans. It’s always nice having something to look forward to.
Badger at sunrise – what a lovely picture. Can’t wait to see pictures of Badger at the Beach!
