In celebration of all things fantasy this month, I’ve come up with a list of eighteen upcoming adult fantasies that I’ve added to my TBR watch list. Obviously this list isn’t complete, as this post would have to be very long if I tried to capture all the fantasies I’m excited to read. But these are my top picks for now. And do remember, I only talk about books with finished covers. I’m linking these books to Goodreads if you’d like to add them to your own TBR, and I’m also listing them by release date (dates subject to change). Take a look and let me know if you’re excited about these as well:-D

Nice – I hadn’t heard a few of these! Adding them to my tbr right away 😀

I’m looking forward to most of these, but another I’m excited about is Inanna by Emily H Wilson. I love Sumerian mythology and I don’t think I’ve *ever* seen it featured before! Another would be Master of Samar by Melissa Scott – I just adore her fantasies, always, and this one has a magical-Venice type setting!

  2. Marian Parsons

I’m most excited for the T. Kingfisher book, but I also have The Navigating Fox on preorder, so I’m looking forward to both of those.

  3. Witch of Wild Things sounds interesting, like one I’d really like. It makes me think of The Inheritance of Orquídea Divina.

  4. Emily Wilde is the on I am SUPER EXCITED to read!!! And I think Immortal Longings will be in one of my book boxes!

  5. A slew of superb-looking fantasy reads. I want to get hold of the Kingfisher book, and the idea of Lydia Bennett as a witch is just delicious! Starling House is also calling to me, as well as the second Emily Wilde book:)). I really, really need a timeturner so I can get through allll these books! Thank you for sharing, Tammy:)).

  6. What an interesting mix of stories. The one I was most immediately drawn to was Starling House, and after that Thorn Hedge, but I suspect I might enjoy several more of them.
