This has been a tough November for me, so my participation in SciFiMonth isn’t up to par. I had big plans for reading and reviewing a bunch of SF books, but as you can see below I only managed to read ONE BOOK. This is an all time low for me:-( Hopefully next year will be better! Big shout out one more time to hosts imyril from onemore.org and Lisa from Dear Geek Place!
I did manage to post my usual lists, though. In case you missed any of my posts, I’m linking everything below, along with a gallery of ALL the books I talked about this month. And to celebrate, I’m hosting a giveaway! At the end of this post, you can fill out the Rafflecopter for a chance to win ANY science fiction book. It doesn’t have to be one of the books below, it can be any SF book you’re interested in, including a preorder for an upcoming book if you want. On December 8th, I’ll randomly select two international winners. All I ask is that you make sure that Book Depository can ship to your country.
You may not have read a lot of science fiction this month, but you drew a lot of attention to great-sounding books!

So true! I definitely posted a lot of lists this month:-)
I’m sorry to hear your November was rough (seriously, ONE BOOK is a very telling clue). I hope the festive month will bring good things! I’ve had a few bad months myself (still not out of the woods) and I ended up taking a blog hiatus, but now I’m tentatively starting to post again and to connect with my fellow bloggers. It’s impressive that you kept the blog going even while you weren’t at the top of your game – I see you’ve posted regularly, even if you’ve read less – so kudos to you!
The Paradox Hotel by Rob Hart was my favourite sci-fi book of the year, and if I win your giveaway, it will be my book of choice, since I read a digital ARC and I would love to have it on my shelves/reread it. Thank you for this opportunity!
I’m looking forward to seeing your posts again, Roberta:-) The Paradox Hotel was a lot of fun and a great choice:-)
Thankfully you really enjoyed the book you read. 🙂 I hope December gets back to normal for you.
Me too, thanks Todd.
November this year seemed rough to me too! Let’s hope December is a much better month. I’ve been in a funk and my reading has suffered for it.
Me too, must be going around, lol! Here’s to a better December:-)
November really has been hard. 🙁 Sorry, I hope things improve for you! Thanks for hosting the giveaway — I’m entering, but have no idea what book I’d pick. So many choices!!
There are a ton of choices:-)
I’m so sorry it was a rough month. I love that you do this and I’m trying to work more scifi into my reading.

It’s hard to read all the genres, I know. I wish I had time for more mysteries/thrillers.
It’s been a while since I read a sci-fi book, but it’s time to start reading them again. I’m not sure what book I would choose yet.
There’s lots to choose from:-)
Some of those 2023 books are already on my tbr too! I recently read Project Nought by Chelsey Furedi and really liked it.
I’ll have to check our Project Nought:-) I think 2023 is going to be a great reading year!
This entire post looks like my Goodreads page- Legit every book on your TBR is on mine and I think we have *amazing* taste
I am so sorry that you had a rough month though, I hope that December treats you better ♥♥

LOL. We have the best taste ever, Shannon!
I read Sea of Tranquility by Emily St. John Mandel and really enjoyed it.
One of my favorites!
Thank you for the giveaway – I just recently started reading the Murderbot series and I love it so much! <3
Oh cool, that’s such a fun series!
Well, personally, I think you did a fantastic job of highlighting a LOT of great books so well done. I didn’t even manage to participate this year which is a complete fail and a first. I hope to get back on track next year.
Lynn 😀

It’s been a weird year all around;-)
I’m sorry you only managed to read one. 🙁 You always have amazing lists, though!

It was another great SciFi Month. I was actually quite happy with my level of participation but then I only really limited myself to reviews. That’s pretty much all I can handle these days, lol!
So many amazing books to choose from. I’d pick The Terraformers. Hope your December is better.
I’m so glad I got through THREE sci-fi books this month, and they were all backlist! Your lists are awesome Tammy (as always), thanks for putting them together!

I really enjoyed the LIFEL1K3 series by Jay Kristoff.
I would love a copy of either Aurora’s End by Amie Kaufman & Jay Kristoff or United by Melissa Landers.
not sure yet
