Welcome to Buffy’s Corner, where I take a look at what’s coming up this week on the blog! I’m linking up with The Sunday Post over at Kimberly’s blog, The Caffeinated Reviewer:-D
Can you believe it’s almost the end of September? I’m already looking ahead to October because there are so many good books to look forward to. I’ve got to step up my reading game if I want to get to half of them, lol. Also, after a lovely week of cool temps, we’re back up in the 90s and 100s this week ugh.
Upcoming reads & reviews:
I’m currently reading three books (and hoping to finish them up this week). My blog tour review for Full Immersion will be on Wednesday, and I hope to get at least one more review up, either Leech or Effects Vary. Next up I’m diving in my October books and might start with Station Eternity!
Other posts this week:
It’s a pretty busy week on the blog, simply because we’re in that transition between the end of one month and the beginning of another. On Tuesday I’m participating in Top Ten Tuesday with “typographical covers.” Wednesday, in addition to the blog tour, is Future Fiction. There were a bunch of cover reveals this past week so it should be a good one! The Friday Face-Off is “horror;” I’m also doing a Wrap-Up post on Friday, and Saturday is October 1st so I’ll be sharing my monthly TBR.
Love love love Mr. Sparks’ heron photo!
Awww thanks Marian!!
That blue heron picture look cool.
Have a great week.

Thanks Ann, you too.
Can’t wait to see what you think of Station Eternity! Have a great week. 🙂
Thanks Bonnie, you too!
Even though I’m short on time and might get behind with all you have planned I still can’t help but be excited but it all. Gotta love new books and book-related material. And speaking of loving, I love the heron photo with the inclusion of what appears to be a stilt on a rock in the background.
I’m not sure what the bird in the background is, but you are probably right!
It’s hard to believe that it’s almost October the year has gone by so quickly. The bird pic is so pretty as usual!
Have a great week and happy reading!

Thanks Stormi, you too:-)
I hope your weather gives you a break soon. I’ll be interested to hear your thoughts on Station Eternity because I liked it.

I’m glad you enjoyed Station Eternity, I will probably read it soon since I committed to a specific date for my review.
We had those really hot days at the beginning of the week, but then got some real fall weather the second half. Expect Saturday was back up to almost 90, ugh. I’m still working through all the reviews I need to go comment on, so I’ll be checking on your reviews soon! Hope you have a good week!

The weather is so up and down here, I wish it would make up its mind!
Yeah – I’m definitely feeling like I need to step up my reading game for October. 🙂

There’s a lot of great stuff to choose from, I think no matter what I read I won’t be disappointed:-)
Ooo, this week’s reviews are going to be so fun! Aren’t herons graceful and wonderful?!

I adore herons!
Wow that’s hot. Especially for late Sept. This week here has WAY cooled off, I had to turn on the furnace and get fall clothes out it was fREEZING.
I can’t wait for Station Eternity.
Nice heron pic. I saw one this week on the highway, it actually flew over the road and for a minute it looked like apterodactyl lol. They can get HUGE.

It will probably be January before we need the furnace here! Although right about now I’ll take that cold weather over the heat:-)
I am so excited for October reading, and also very intimidated by how many I want to read, haha. I am not happy about this weather, either. I really need to catch up on posts! Hope you have a fantastic week. 🙂

I accepted way too many October releases and of course I’m going to pay for it, lol. But still, there could be worse problems!
I’m going to have a busy October too. I have several spooky books I want to read and then I just noticed that most of my Christmas reads publish in October as well. Should be interesting, haha.
Lol it seems a strange time for Christmas books but I guess that happens every year!
Leech sounded weird from the synopsis and some of the early reviews I’ve skimmed so I’m curious to see what you’ll think! And I should probably get started on some October books too lol!
I love Leech so far, it’s very different but the writing is so good.
I can’t believe that September is almost gone! On another note, the pictures is so beautiful!!
Thanks Susy, it is so hard to believe it’s almost October.
I love that heron pic.
And, I really do need to do some backtracking to catch up – and some cramming of October reads.
Lynn 😀
