Overall, July was a very good reading month. I didn’t get to everything I wanted to read (when do I ever do that?), but nothing was below four stars. I reviewed eight books, and you can read my reviews if you missed them by clicking on the titles:

I started What Moves the Dead yesterday evening and I’m totally hooked!
Oh cool! Looking forward to your thoughts:-)
It’s going to take a lifetime to read all the things I want to read!
Ha ha I’m sure that’s true for all of us.
You did have a good reading month! My fave July read was Ravenscroft Hall by R. Saint Claire. It’s a contemporary Gothic horror story. Very dramatic and fun!
I’ll have to check it out:-)
I have the audiobook of What Moves the Dead, I am curious.
Great reading month.
I’m curious to see what you think:-)
Wow, you really did have a great month. Katherine Center’s The Bodyguard was my favorite read of the month, although I just finished Upgrade earlier today and really enjoyed that one too.
I’m looking forward to your Upgrade review:-)
I loved Black Mouth – absolutely loved it.
Happy to see positive ratings for all your other reads too – looks like you had a great reading month.

I’m so glad!!! Ronald Malfi is a gift to readers, I swear:-)
Nothing below four stars is certainly a win!
It really is!
Wow, great month! Great books and great ratings.
Thanks, it was nice to have all four stars and up:-)
My favorite July read was The Hourglass Throne, no doubt about that!
Ahhh good one!
Last weekend, I finished “Nettle & Bone” and now I’m curious to read T. Kingfisher’s other novel.
I love her books. The Hollow Places and The Twisted Ones are more horror, but very good.
Nice!
Upgrade is one of my 2 favorites this month. But I read so many fabulous books this month, it was really hard to pick
It’s so nice to have a fantastic reading month:-)
Gotta love months when the lowest rating is a 4. My favorite books in July were the first collected volume of the comic book, Saga, and The Velveteen Rabbit, of all things.
I was also glad to read one of the books you did during the month (Just Like Home) as that doesn’t happen all that often.
Oh The Velveteen Rabbit…An old favorite of mine:-)
Your July was pretty amazing!! I have read only The Daughter of Doctor Moreau and I quite enjoyed it, so I am glad to see that you enjoyed it too! Let’s hope August will be at least as good!!
What an awesome reading month! I’m so glad you enjoyed your reading so much. I hope August is just as good!
Eight books and not one below four stars is a good month. My favorite book for July is The Vision by Dean Koontz.
Have a great August reading month.
