Looking Back – April 2022 Reading Wrap-Up

April flew by, right? Or was it just me? I reviewed eight books this month and overall it was a pretty good month! Here are the books I read, and my reviews are linked if you’d like to read them:

Sea of Tranquility by Emily St. John Mandel

Nettle & Bone by T. Kingfisher

Stringers by Chris Panatier

And Then I Woke Up by Malcolm Devlin

Prison of Sleep by Tim Pratt

Gone Dark by Amanda Panitch

Rosebud by Paul Cornell

The City of Dusk by Tara Sim

What was your favorite book of April?

  1. Great to see the ratings distribution where you appear to have enjoyed the majority of what you read. I hope that continues throughout the year. My favorite book finished in April was probably either The Haunting of Hill House or The Echo Wife, both great reads.

My April crawled by… I think we may be on different ends of the time-dilation field, Tammy lol

And I only read one of these. I spent my entire April reading things from May!

LOL sorry to hear that Will. But hey, you are going to have less stress in May!

  3. Excited to see Nettle and Bone and Sea of Tranquility so highly rated. Currently reading and loving the first and hopefully picking up the second sooooooon.
