April flew by, right? Or was it just me? I reviewed eight books this month and overall it was a pretty good month! Here are the books I read, and my reviews are linked if you’d like to read them:

Well, if the less-than-stellar book still earned three stars, you can certainly say it was a good month !
And here’s to an even better month of May, with Wyrd & Wonder practically at our doorstep 😉

I think May is going to be fantastic:-)
Great to see the ratings distribution where you appear to have enjoyed the majority of what you read. I hope that continues throughout the year. My favorite book finished in April was probably either The Haunting of Hill House or The Echo Wife, both great reads.
Both very good books and also very different:-)
I really need to read the Sea of Tranquility asap!
Yes, it’s so good:-)
I have Sea of Tranquility on my wishlist. 🙂 Happy May!

Exactly what I’ll do, fit in what I can:-)
April really did fly by! I’ve only read one of your books (Nettle & Bone), and loved it… so backlogged with so many books to read!
Me too, it’s sort of stressful, lol.
You had a pretty good reading month overall. My fave April book was a classic, Red by Jack Ketchum. Dang, that dude could write!

Ooh I have not read that one. I’m going to look it up!
I have Sea of Tranquility on my radar and hoping to get to it soon. Great month!
Ooh enjoy! I loved it:-)
My April crawled by… I think we may be on different ends of the time-dilation field, Tammy lol
And I only read one of these. I spent my entire April reading things from May!
LOL sorry to hear that Will. But hey, you are going to have less stress in May!
I think April went by to fast and I didn’t get hardly anything off my tbr done. 🙁
It really did. I’m in the same boat as you!
I am dreading getting the City of Dusk in one of my box now!!! And yes April flew by!
Ha ha maybe you will love it!
A lot of great horror books. I’m slowly getting back into horror and currently re-reading Misery by Stephen King.

I like your minimalistic recap!

Yeah, I’d say April flew by, but I had a lot going on, so it seemed not as fast? Maybe? Anyway, glad you had a good one, here’s to May being good as well!

I liked The City of Dusk better than you but I do understand why people might not have taken to it.
