This week’s theme: Dizzy/Out of perspective
This week I’m highlighting a series that I haven’t read yet, but I thought these covers work really well for this prompt. Jeff Noon is an author I used to read a lot, back before blogging, and his novel Vurt is still one of the most unusual and amazing books I’ve ever read. His latest series, John Nyquist, is a fantasy/noir that sounds really good, and I hope to read it one day. The covers have an Escher-esque quality to them that makes me a bit dizzy to look at! Take a look:
No favorite for me this week, I just love that each cover is different, yet together they make sense as a series.
These covers are certainly a little dizzying to look at! Makes me curious to see these covers in person!
I haven’t heard of these but The Body Library looks tempting.
I can see the Escher in them. And it’s fun looking for the little people or creatures in each one.
I’ve not read these but love the covers and they definitely remind me of M.C. Escher.
Ooh nice. I like creeping Jenny a lot!
Ooh, I do like those covers. They make me think of the MC Escher stuff.

I love these escher inspired covers!
What a clever eye-catching set of covers! As others have mentioned, those amazing Escher drawings spring to mind. They are all great, but I think the first one is my favourite. And no… I haven’t read any of these – though I’ll now be checking them out!
That is indeed a pretty cool cover concept for a series. 😮 Thanks for sharing! 😀

This is perfect for the theme and exactly what I was thinking of.
