#WyrdandWonder flew by this year, and as usual, I had hoped to post more fantasy reviews than I did. But the books I did read were very good, so I’m pretty happy anyway:-) A big shout out to hosts imyril, Lisa and Jorie, who managed to wrangle dozens of blogs and blog posts, bookstagram posts and much much more!
Below is a recap of all my Wyrd and Wonder posts, with links just in case you missed any, and I’m very happy to say that I ended up talking about over sixty-five different fantasy books this month! I’m also hosting an international giveaway, so do join in at the end of this post!
I really want The Wolf and the Woodsman. It looks SO good and I’ve been hearing great things about it.

Me too, great choice!
I think I would like Priest of Bones.
Thanks for the chance!
Good luck!
Ooh, thanks for the chance! There are soooo many good choices here. I think that I’d choose The Shadow of the Gods.
It was excellent, great choice Laurie:-)
I would choice Where The Drowned Girls Go by Seanan McGuire. Thanks for having the giveaway.
Oooh good choice!
Tough choice because there are so many on your list I’d love to read. I think I’d go with either The Ladies of the Secret Circus or The Shadow of the Gods. Your reviews really sold me on both of those.
Both are great choices:-)
It looks like you’ve had a wonderful month of fantasy reading, Tammy! Should I win – I’d love a copy of Battle of the Linguist Mages:)).
Great choice! I am very excited for that one too:-)
I don’t know which book I would choose. I’d need to think about it more. So many interesting ones..

It’s a lot, I know:-)
So many amazing books! I see a bunch I’ve read and loved, some on my TBR, and some new to me. I don’t know which I’d pick if I won, but there are some fabulous choices here to be sure.
And by “any” fantasy book, I actually mean any. It doesn’t have to be in this post. So now you have an even bigger potential decision to make, lol.
So many awesome looking books. The Queen of Swords is one I’ve been wanting to try.

It’s amazing, Greg!
I also wanted to post more reviews but sadly, I only managed to post one Wyrd & Wonder review… 🙁 Still better than none but May was definitely not my best blogging month! However it was still a lot of fun to be a part of this amazing event! 😀

It was fun! I am looking forward to a quieter June, though:-)
Brilliant wrap-up! I really enjoyed your reviews! And a very exciting giveaway. It’s hard to choose what book I would go for, but probably Sun-Daughters, Sea-Daughters by Aimee Ogden. It looks very good and has been on my radar for a while…
Thank you! Great choice, I loved that book:-)
Sometimes these months go by far too quickly, don’ t they? And with so many books, how could anyone choose just one? 🙂 But if I had to right now it would likely be The Blacktongue Thief. Thanks for all you do, Tammy!
Thanks Todd, excellent choice:-)
not sure yet
Thanks for the giveaway chance! I’d pick The Jasmine Throne (Burning Kingdoms #1) by Tasha Suri if I won!
I am really curious about Within These Wicked Walls so that might be my pick if I win.
Lol! Same here — I didn’t post as many reviews as I hoped I would for W&W.
It was a great month! Looking forward to doing it again next year 😀
I’ve been eyeing The Blacktongue Thief since I read your review, so I’m definitely gonna go with that pick! Thanks for the chance, Tammy! Also, #WyrdandWonder seemed so fun! I’m super tempted to join in if there’s another one!

Wyrd and Wonder was fantastic as always. And thanks for your amazing round ups of books coming out later this year!
Thanks for sharing so many amazing books! I’ve been reading more independent authors lately and recently added The Dragon Librarian by Marc Secchia to my TBR, so I would probably choose that one 🙂
I think I’d choose The Mask Falling by Samantha Shannon, I started that series a long time ago and would like to get back into it. Thanks for the giveaway opportunity!
From your list, I’ve read and loved Addie Larue and The Unspoken Name so far. I’d probably pick Jade City or Call of the Bone Ships (The Bone Ships was a good read!)
I’m currently reading The House of Memory #4 of Jenn Lyons’s Chorus of Dragons that started with The Ruin of Kings.
Oh gosh, you have so many good fantasy books here that I don’t even know what to do with myself. xD My TBR is just weeping at this point, for sure.
I really need to read the Golgotha series! It sounds fabulous, and those covers always grab my attention. They’re so gorgeous and eye-catching!
A friend of mine got to read The Wolf and the Woodsman early and she loved it so I’m really looking forward to it! Thank you for the chance 😀
I’d probably choose Capture the Crown by Jennifer Estep.
First off, thank you for this opportunity! Now I’m not sure if you would call it fantasy, but my choice is House of Hollow by Krystal Sutherland.
I haven’t been blog hopping lately, and I’ve missed so much! So many great looking fantasy books here! I don’t even know what I would choose, maybe the Wolf and the Woodsman.

I love a good middle grade fantasy so I’d choose Willow Moss and the lost day.
I would love a copy of either Rule of Wolves by Leigh Bardugo or We Free the Stars by Hafsah Faizal.
Thank you for the chance!! 🙂
I’ve really enjoyed all of your review this month, Tammy! Wyrd and Wonder is always such good fun.
And thank you for the giveaway, if I was lucky enough to win I think I’d pick The House in the Cerulean Sea.
I might choose The Color Of Dragons or The Bones Ships.
