The Friday Face-Off was created by Books by Proxy, where each week bloggers can showcase books with covers centered around a weekly theme. You can visit Lynn’s Books for a list of upcoming themes. Join in the fun each Friday by finding a book whose cover is based on the theme!
This week’s theme: A cover that is predominantly white.
I love color themes! You would think finding white covers would be difficult, but it was surprisingly easy. Here is a selection of mostly white covers, both books I’ve already read and those on my TBR. These are “shades of white” but I think they work well together:
These are all fantastic! And you’re right, they all look fabulous together. Are you sure you don’t want your son to do a special colour themed display of your books instead?

Fabulous montage, Tammy! And what a wonderful selection… As for favourites – Planetfall and Lock In – the white contrasting with the pops of red really drew my attention – and held it. It doesn’t hurt that I’ve read and LOVED both books!
They do look great together. I always find something kinda creepy about white covers but I think that is because the ones I have usually have red on them somewhere.

WOW! Who said that a mostly white cover would be bland and boring? They were so wrong… 😉

I love all these covers! Sword in the stars is especially pretty
Is it lame to say that I like them all? White covers always have something special and I own quite a few. 😀

There are so many white covers! I like The Red Queen cover a lot. a few others, too.
So many gorgeous white covers! Which seems so weird to say about a white cover, but it’s true. I really like the cover for Stoker’s Wilde.
I think my favorites of these are Reclaimed and Hollow. I guess I like partial faces being revealed or obscured. 🙂
So many favorites here, And I really loved Blood and Salt when I read it. There are some really well done white covers here.
Yeah, I had no trouble finding white covers, the hard part was finding the ones I liked! I definitely prefer covers with “shades” of mostly white, otherwise I find them too bland!

Lock In has a fantastic cover even if most of it is white–I really love the message behind it! As always, love the cover collage. 🙂
Reclaimed is my favorite!
I’m with Sophie, I love Reclaimed and I’m so happy you did a collection of cover.
