Welcome to Buffy’s Corner, where I take a look at what’s coming up this week on the blog! I’m linking up with The Sunday Post over at Kimberly’s blog, The Caffeinated Reviewer:-D
We’re headed into Thanksgiving week (in the U.S.), and I’m very grateful that I’m on vacation for the entire week. I hope to finish at least one or two books, we’ll see. I hope if you celebrate the holiday, you have a good one! Also, good luck to everyone hoping to get Black Friday/Cyber Monday shopping done.
Upcoming reads & reviews:
This is my “read by the end of November” wish list. November is flying by, and with only two weeks left, a couple of very long books, and my reading and blogging time hijacked by other stuff, I’ll be happy if I can finish these four books. I’ll be posting a review of The Hollows sometime this week, and starting the others soon.
Other posts this week:
On Tuesday, I’m sharing Ten Adult Science Fiction Books to Read in 2023; Wednesday I have three new SF books to share on Future Fiction, and the Friday Face-Off is “Fairy tale retelling.”
In case you missed:
My posts from last week:
White Horse by Erika T. Wurth – Review 4/5 stars
Reckoning by W. Michael Gear – Review 4/5 stars
I hope you have a great vacation!
Thanks!
Have a great week off! That hummingbird picture is so pretty!!
Have a great week and happy reading!

Thanks Stormi, I hope you have a great week as well:-)
I’ve got a whole week off too this week! I plan to get a ton of reading and blogging done. Hoping nothing messes up my plans! I do need to do some writing/editing for NaNoWriMo too. One of my blogging things this week is to get to all your reviews I haven’t been able to comment on at work. Hope you have a good week and get all your books read that you want!

I hope we both have a great week off full of awesome books:-)
I’m so glad you have a week of vacation. I also want to read Wayward and it is a long book for sure.

It’s long but I really really want to read it!
Have a great Thanksgiving and week off! I’m looking forward to both The Hollows and Night Watch 🙂

Thanks Greg, you too!
Can’t wait to hear what you think of Wayward! I loved Wanderers, but I’m not sure that I remember enough of the details to be able to enjoy Wayward (plus it’s so looooong).
It’s intimidating for sure! I need to just dive in and enjoy it without worrying about the length:-)
Did you know that here in Belgium we also have Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales? It’s kinda weird. lol
I didn’t know that, but it makes sense!
I picked up an audiobook of Wayward and I’m looking forward to it, though there’s no way I’ll finish it by the end of November (probably won’t even start by then). 🙂 Glad to hear you have the week off. I’m taking Thursday and Friday and I can’t wait till then.
I hope we both enjoy our time off:-)
Humming birds are one of my favorite birds. I like how small creatures can flap their wings so fast and their they pretty colors.
Have a great week.

They are amazing birds, and so many different colors and varieties.
Have a great week, Tammy!
You too, Caroline:-)
Enjoy your tilme off work Tammy! And that hummingbird is a beauty!
Thank you Sophie!
I’m hoping to get The Hollows finished by the end of the week, just about 1/4 of the book left to go! I also finished Reckoning last night, what another awesome visit to Donovan 🙂
Hope you had a great vacation and Thanksgiving.
Happy reading.
Lynn 😀
