Welcome to Buffy’s Corner, where I take a look at what’s coming up this week on the blog! I’m linking up with The Sunday Post over at Kimberly’s blog, The Caffeinated Reviewer:-D
I didn’t end up reading much last week due to my eye surgery, and now it’s the end of the month and I’m pretty behind. Oh well. Hopefully I’ll be able to catch up a little this week. I’m also looking forward to Sci Fi Month which is just around the corner!
Upcoming reviews:
So yeah. No reviews last week, so this week is catching up. On Monday I’ll post my review of The Warrior Poet, which was a great finale to Sharon’s fantasy/romance series! And I really loved These Silent Woods, wow. I was not expecting it to hit me emotionally, but I cried like a baby! It’s one of those stories where the characters only have bad choices to make and you just can’t see any good way out for them. I’m trying to sneak in Flowers for the Sea so I can get at least one more review up this month, let’s see how that goes.
Upcoming reads:
In a frantic attempt to read more of my October books, I’m going to focus on these three. I am determined to get to Slewfoot if it kills me! Peel Back and See is short stories, so I can squeeze those in between novels. And I’d love to read The Workshop of Filthy Creation as well.
Other posts:
On Tuesday, I’m joining Top Ten Tuesday with a Halloween Freebie (stop by to see what I’m doing!). On Wednesday, I have some new cover reveals to share on Future Fiction, The Friday Face-Off is “Gothic,” and on Saturday stop by for my October Wrap Up:-D
In case you missed:
Yes, it was a very light week! Here are my posts if you missed any:

I love your husband’s photos. His book would make an awesome Christmas present for anyone who loves nature or photography.
Having eye surgery is a pretty good excuse for a low reading week. I hope you heal up fast!

I hope you will be feeling in fine shape this week. I can’t believe we are nearly through October. I just can’t. I am in the midst of These Silent Woods. I am worried it will be too sad so I didn’t read last night. Ugh. But everyone claims it is so great and I loved Fallen Mountains.
