Future Fiction #48 – Cover Reveals & Newly Discovered SFF Books #SciFiMonth

Welcome to Future Fiction, my reimagining of the Waiting on Wednesday meme! There are so many amazing new books coming out, that I can no longer pick just one. My goal with Future Fiction is to share at least three new books each week, a combination of recent cover reveals and books that I’ve recently added to my TBR pile. I’m still going to be linking up with Wishful Endings/Can’t Wait Wednesday, and I also want to give a shout out to Jill at Breaking the Spine for starting the original Waiting on Wednesday meme. It’s the last Wednesday of the month, which means the last #SciFiMonth Future Fiction this year. It’s been a blast, but I have to admit I’m ready to share some amazing fantasy covers with you next week. But first, check out a super exciting cover reveal and two more books I’m very anxious to read:

Aurora Burning (The Aurora Cycle #2) by Amie Kaufman & Jay Kristoff. Releases in May 2020 from Knopf Books for Young Readers. Feast your eyes on this cover of Kal! One of my favorite characters from Aurora Rising. I love this so much, and I’m eager to jump back into this fun series.

Chaos Reigning (Consortium Rebellion #3) by Jessie Mihalik. Releases in May 2020 from Harper Voyager. I’m currently reading book #2, Aurora Blazing, and it’s a lot of fun! I loved the first book, Polaris Rising, and if you love sci-fi romance, you really should check out this series!

The Mother Code by Carole Stivers. Releases in May 2020 from Berkley. This sounds pretty cool, I love the idea of genetically engineered children being incubated inside robots!

    Fantastic choices as always Tammy! I’m excited for the mother code. I feel like I could go either way with it though so I’m going to hold off until I see some reviews… lol!

    The book titles in The Aurora Cycle and The Consortium Rebellion keep confusing me! They are all too similar I cant keep track of which books belong to which series

      It’s hard to keep up with series, I’m finding. I’m trying to really keep on top of the ones I’m reading:-)
