Welcome to Buffy’s Corner, where I take a look at what’s coming up this week on the blog! I’m linking up with The Sunday Post over at Kimberly’s blog, The Caffeinated Reviewer:-D
Hubby is on another photo trip this week, this time to Yellowstone National Park, so it’s just me and Badger. As I type this we are watching The Sound of Music, and I think he loves it:-) Later we’re going to eat beef sausages and chase balls. What a life!
The weather is warming up a bit, although it’s still chilly at night. March is typically a big snow month for us, so we’ll see how that goes.
I hope everyone has a peaceful week and reads some good books!
Upcoming reads & reviews:
It’s the last week of February, so I’m trying to get three reviews up (I couldn’t pull it off last week). Tomorrow, look for my review of Future’s Edge, which was excellent! No surprise, everything I’ve read by Gareth L. Powell is excellent. Murder by Memory is a very short novella that comes out in March, and I’m intrigued by the worldbuilding and the mystery. I also hope to read and review The Fourth Consort, which is one of my last February review books. Then I’m diving head first into March with Chaos!
Other posts this week:
Wednesday I’ve found three new cozy fantasy covers to share on Future Fiction; Friday I’m wrapping up the month in my February Reading Wrap-Up; and Saturday is March 1st, so check in to see What’s On My Plate for the month!
In case you missed:
My posts from last week:
Over-Booked [204[ – February Book Haul
The Third Rule of Time Travel by Philip Fracassi – Review 4/5 stars
Cover Reveal: The Sound of the Dark by Daniel Church
Victorian Psycho by Virginia Feito – Review 4.5/5 stars

Sounds like a great way to pass some time, and another lovely photo of Badger
Thank you! We are having a lot of fun:-)
I love The Sound of Music! Hope it stays warm for you guys. It was very cold last week but this week we are warming back up thank goodness!
Have a great week and happy reading!
Stormi
It’s warming up here too! Enjoy the upcoming warm weather:-)
Just finished Future’s Edge, and agree about Gareth Powell’s writing
I need to check out your review! I loved it, I hope he writes more books in that world.
Enjoy your alone time!
Wishing you a happy reading week
I’m loving my alone time, lol.
Badger is always so handsome! I had three days home from snow days, and it feels like I didn’t get anything done this time around. Hope you enjoy your time alone and can’t wait to see the photos your husband takes. Have a good week!

Thanks Lisa! I’m excited to see his photos too. Have a great week!
Hi Badger! I hope you’ll be sharing some of the Yellowstone photos — one of my favorite places! Wishing you a great week
Yes, I will definitely share the Yellowstone photos!
Yay Badger! I also love Sound of Music. We own the VHS tape but I saw it 17 times in the theater. It’s finally going to warm up again this week and we probably are done with snow. I hope.
I saw it on Netflix and it was so good to see it again:-)
Another majestic view of Badger!
Looking forward to whichever reviews you get out there this week (though I find I’m drifting behind and sometimes not reading them until a few days later).
He is looking rather majestic:-) I’m happy that you read my reviews, whenever you get to them!
Oh he is so lucky! Yellowstone was my favorite park so far! I hope you will share his pictures Tammy!
I will! I can’t wait to see them:-)
I look forward to your review of the novella! I’m interested in it, but held off on requesting on ARC. Enjoy!
It was really good, I love her writing and I believe it’s the start of a series.
Badger looking like the king of that hill! I’m convinced your husband is going to bring back some amazing shots! Happy reading, Tammy!
I’m excited to see what animals he finds:-) Have a great week, Lashaan!
I hope the snow isn’t too much!

Badger on a Rock – sounds like a movie title. He’s a little cutie.
Hope you enjoyed your weekend.
Lynn
Hope winter is done with you. It’s finally warming up here and the last of the snow has melted. The sun is shining today and the pups are loving it. Badger is so handsome and I never tire of seeing him. Hope he enjoys being the “man of the house” while his Dad is gone. Can’t wait to see the cozy fantasies.
Hoping to tackle The Fourth Consort this week too! Murder by Memory was indeed a real quick read but kind of anti climactic.
I am glad Badger enjoyed watching The Sound of Music with you,
I’ve had musical soundtracks on in the background while I work the last couple of days, but not yet The Sound of Music. The weather has been really nice this week and I think will be cooling off soon. If you get snow, I hope that means I’ll get some rain. I hope you have been enjoying your reading! Have a great week, Tammy!
