Welcome to Buffy’s Corner, where I take a look at what’s coming up this week on the blog! I’m linking up with The Sunday Post over at Kimberly’s blog, The Caffeinated Reviewer:-D
Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah and Happy Kwanzaa to everyone who celebrates! My kids are coming for Christmas and I can’t wait. I mentioned last week that we are going to try to make lobster mac n’ cheese, so hopefully I’ll have a report about it next week. I have to work this week, except for Tuesday and Wednesday, but I have all of next week off, yay!
Upcoming reads & reviews:
My reading isn’t going so well, lol. But I decided not to stress over posting reviews this month, so that’s why. I did read Adrift in Currents Clean and Clear, and I’ll post that review next month. It was pretty good! Unfortunately, I decided to jump on the Dungeon Crawler Carl bandwagon, only to decide to DNF it. I know, so many people love this book, but it just wasn’t for me. I’m currently reading another January release, Wake Up and Open Your Eyes, and it’s really good so far. Next, I may try to squeeze in a late ARC, like The Undermining of Twyla and Frank. That might be it for the year!
Other posts this week:
Tomorrow I’m posting short “reviews” of two recent DNFs (see above for one of them). I actually had a lot of fun writing this post! Wednesday I have three new covers to share on Future Fiction; and Saturday will be my last book haul post of 2024! I will probably post some Countdown to 2025 posts as well.
In case you missed:
My posts from last week:

Happy Solstice season, Tammy. I hope you have a great time with your kids, and enjoy the heck out of your time off.
Two DNF reviews? Wow. I don’t see you posting DNF reviews very often…Glad Adrift was good (I’m buying it as soon as it comes out, obviously :)). Enjoy your holidays! Also, Badger is so shiny! LOL.
(On a side note: I added Happy Hanukkah/Kwanzaa to my end-of-the-year wrap up on account on your adding it above!).

Merry Christmas to you and your family, Tammy. I just have to work on the 23rd and the 30th so not too bad, huh? 😀 My reading isn’t going great either, even though I’m enjoying both of my current reads, but this always happens in december for me. Give Badger some pets from me! ^_^
