I’m participating in Lynn’s Books Countdown to 2025, a fun way to look back over your 2024 reads. There are daily prompts as we count down the days to January 1st, 2025. Here’s what Lynn says about her countdown, and you can click here to see a list of daily prompts if you’d like to join in! I will attempt to post the rest of these prompts, but I can’t make any promises. My goal is to feature books I’ve read in 2024, and I’ll link my reviews if you’re interested.
Today’s prompt: Feast, a book that was magnificent.
Another one I’ve been wanting to read but haven’t het. One of many.
I agree, this was a really good story.
I have this one on my list of 25 in 25. I can’t wait! You know me and octopi!
I’ve heard a lot of great things about it. I’m thinking about checking it out from my library one of these days.
I don’t think I added this to my list – I meant to do so and will do it now.
Lynn 😀
So glad you enjoyed it. The author is from a suburb close to mine, and 500 people went to listen to her when she gave a presentation sponsored by my library. But so far, I have resisted the hype on this one…
My post for Friday is a very different genre: classic Japanese poetry/travel journals: https://wordsandpeace.com/2024/12/13/countdown-to-2025-day-13-feast/
Emma @ Words And Peace recently posted…Buddy Read: Moominsummer Madness: Chapters 11-13
I so loved that one too!
I read this one because of you!!!
