Welcome to Sci-Fi November!

Thanks to the lovely ladies at Rinn Reads & Oh, the Books!, it’s time for Sci-Fi November! I’m really excited to be participating this year, and you can click on their links, or the banner above, to visit their homepages and check out ALL the many Sci-Fi themed posts from all the bloggers who are participating. There will be author interviews, reviews, top ten lists, games, giveaways and more!

I have some posts planned, but I may add more as the month goes on. Here’s what to expect from Books, Bones & Buffy so far:

Author Interview:

RJBI’m thrilled to have an interview with Robert Jackson Bennett, author of American Elsewhere and his recent City of Stairs, which has become a favorite in the blogging world these days. Stop by on November 14th to read my interview, plus I’ll be giving away a copy of City of Stairs!

Sci-Fi Reviews:

Look for the following reviews this month, which include some review books I need to get to, as well as a couple that aren’t for review, but I’m dying to read.

I’m a bit behind schedule with my reviews, but I think The Heart Does Not Grow Back is perfect for this event. Also, I’ve had Fortune’s Pawn and Annihilation on my TBR lists for some time, and these both tie in nicely with Sci-Fi month.

Waiting on Wednesday: the Sci-Fi November Edition:

This month I’m going to feature ONLY science fiction WoW picks. I won’t give them away now, but check back each Wednesday of the month to see what I’ve chosen!

…and more!

Expect at least one science fiction-related top ten post, and I’ve got some other ideas swimming around, but haven’t finalized them yet.

Are you participating in Sci-Fi November?

  1. Fun! I don’t read as much Sci-Fi as Fantasy or Horror, but I do like it from time to time. Actually, I usually do enjoy it, sometimes love it, it just doesn’t seem to be what I pick for some reason. Will definitely keep my eye out for what you list. 🙂

  2. That’s a good idea, only Sci-Fi WoW picks for this month…I know my first WoW of the month will be sci-fi but I don’t know about the rest 😉

Looking forward to that interview with RJB!
