New Sight by Jo Schneider. April 2014 (Jolly Fish Press). This is my second review book from Jolly Fish, and I very much enjoy this small press. This story is billed as YA urban fantasy, and I hope to be on the blog tour for this as well.
Hang Wire by Adam Christopher. January 2014 (Angry Robot). Super excited to get an ARC from Angry Robot. I’ve heard great things about this!
Hunting Shadows by Charles Todd. February 2014 (Harper Collins). I won this from a publisher’s giveaway, and now I can’t remember entering! But I’m thrilled to have a copy. Todd is blurbed on the front by none other than Stephen King!
The Ophelia Prophecy by Sharon Lynn Fisher. April 2014 (Tor). Big thanks to Leah at Tor for sending me an ARC! Science fiction romance, people!!
The Line by J.D. Horn. January 2014 (47North). The author saw my Waiting on Wednesday post for this book, and asked me if he could send me a copy. Of course, I said yes! Thanks, J.D.!

The Murder Complex by Lindsay Cummings. June 2014 (Greenwillow). This was also a WoW pick, and I was excited to see it pop up on Edelweiss this week.
After the End by Amy Plum. May 2014 (Harper Children’s). Another WoW pick! Harper Collins put a bunch of great books up on Edelweiss, as I’m sure many of you know.
Red Rising by Pierce Brown. January 2014 (Del Rey). This book has a funny story. I was supposed to win a copy from Library Thing, but that was about six months ago and I never received the book. But then I went to Comic Con in July and the publisher was giving these away like candy. I got three copies of the ARC at Comic Con. Then it popped up on NetGalley, and I thought what the heck? Might as well submit a review to publisher. I suspect I’ll be running a giveaway at some point for this title:)
Queen of the Dark Things by C. Robert Cargill. May 2014 (Harper Voyager). I think this is book two in a series, but I don’t care. I can’t wait to read it anyway, and hopefully I’ll have time to squeeze in book one, Dreams and Shadows, before May.
Black Dog by Rachel Neumeier. February 2014 (Strange Chemistry). This story just sounds cool. I can’t explain it very well, but click on the link and read the Goodreads description. You’ll want to read it too!
The Falconer by Elizabeth May. May 2014 (Chronicle Books). Woo hoo! I’m thrilled that I was approved for this. The Falconer was yet another WoW pick, back when it was about to be released in the UK. Now it’s coming to this side of the pond, and I’m excited to read it.
Purchased:
The Last Vampire by J.T. Geissinger. Now available (StoryFront). J.T. is so awesome, if you haven’t read her books, you’re really missing out. She’s such a seasoned writer, and her stories are amazing. I happened to catch this Kindle deal a few days ago, and I’ll be reading it soon, since it’s novella length. Knowing the author, this won’t be just any story about a vampire!

The Murder Complex and After the End . . . so many people have them in their haul! They’ll eventually make it into one of mine when I download them because I definitely want to read them. They both look so good!

So many of these books are new to me, and there are so many I think I’d enjoy. But I think The Falconer is probably the one I’d enjoy the most.
