Waiting on Wednesday is hosted by Breaking the Spine, and is a fun way to showcase the books we’re excited for! This week I was excited to find the cover for Shaunta Grimes’ follow-up to Viral Nation:
Rebel Nation by Shaunta Grimes. Release date: July 1 2014 (Berkley Trade). I just love this cover, and the fact that it goes so well with the Viral Nation cover. And there’s Mango on the cover! Mango is Clover’s service dog, and he helps her with her autism. I loved Viral Nation and I can’t wait to see what’s next, especially since I was left with questions at the end of the story.

i kept seeing viral nation everywhere a few months back and i was intrigued. luckily i have time to read book 1 before book 2 comes out.

I never read Viral Nation, despite hearing so many good things about it. That’s awesome that there is a sequel! I feel like I’m slightly behind on bookish things like that – knowing about sequels and whatnot. ANYWAY! I hope you read and enjoy this one, Tammy! 🙂

I was so excited when I saw this on Goodreads the other day. I loved Viral Nation, especially since my son has autism. I really connected with the main character and appreciated a look into my son’s mind in fiction form. Such an EXCELLENT pick!
