The Originals by Cat Patrick. Release date: May 7 2013 (Little, Brown Books for Young Readers). I’m so excited to see more science fiction titles coming out, especially for teens. Patrick just released a book this past May called Revived (her second book, I believe) and this will be her third. I have to admit that stories about clones scare me, and cloning raises all sorts of questions about individuality. Here’s the description from Goodreads:

I’ve not read any of Cat Patricks books but I may just have to check out her other books. This one sounds awesome. Great share this week. Happy reading.
I see this book popping up more and more. Clones creep me out but in a good way. I think this book will end up being very good especially with her being a triplet clone!

I read Forgotten by Cat Patrick and really liked it. This one sounds super interesting. I agree, clones are creepy. But I’ll want to check this out.

I haven’t heard about this book before so thanks for spotlighting it! I’m a fan of Forgotten and and I like the sound of The Originals too.
Great choice!! I looove Cat Patrick! I haven’t read Forgotten but I read Revived and loved it. And Cat Patrick is just so sweet! I’ve talked to her a few times on Facebook and stuff. The Originals sounds just as awesome as her other books and I can’t wait to read it!
