Waiting on Wednesday #14 – NOS4A2 by Joe Hill

Happy 4th of July everyone! Waiting on Wednesday is hosted by Breaking the Spine, and is a great way for book bloggers to share the books they are *waiting* on. It seems there is an endless supply of books on my Waiting List, and here’s one I’m super excited about:

NOS4A2 by Joe Hill. Release date: Spring 2013. Get it? Say the name out loud and you will. I love Joe Hill, he obviously comes from really good stock, and it seems like it’s been forever since his last book, Horns, came out. He recently revealed the cover for the book on his website, Joe Hill Fiction, and I think it’s fantastic.  Not much of a story description out yet, but Hill does offer up this short blurb on his blog:

“The thing is called NOS4A2 (it’s a vanity license plate — try sounding it out) and stars a vicious country rube named Charlie Manx who just happens to be 140 years old.”

And here’s a short video he did for FEARnet, which gives a bit more info:

I can’t wait to read this! Luckily there are miles and miles of books to read between now and next Spring that will keep me busy. What are you waiting on?
